Abdallah Dnewar人物介绍
Abdallah Dnewar is a Cairo-based Egyptian filmmaker, Producer, screenwriter, and script consultant. He began his career as a literature reviewer for Ahram Online and later published a short story collection titled Before You Commit Suicide. In 2016, he transitioned into films, writing and directing several short fiction works before expanding his role to producing and script consulting. His credits include the award-winning animated short My Brother, My Brother (2025), which received international recognition, including the Golden Gate Award for Best Animated Short at the San Francisco International Film Festival. In 2025, he also developed and produced the short film KHUFU, currently in post-production. Alongside his creative projects, Dnewar serves as Head of the Specials Branch at Zest Production, where he develops screenplays for short films. He was also the Director of the “Eish” short film competition at the Gouna Film Festival in 2024.
