保罗·安德鲁·里希特（Paul Andrew “Andy” Richter，1966 年 10 月 28 日出生）是美国演员、作家、喜剧演员和深夜脱口秀播音员。他最出名的是柯南·奥布莱恩在柯南的每个脱口秀节目中的搭档：NBC 与柯南·奥布莱恩的深夜、NBC 与柯南·奥布莱恩的今夜秀以及 TBS 的柯南。
