Florent Pallares is a French film historian and filmmaker born March 20, 1981 in Lyon. He is one of the three founding members, with Barbara Kurzaj and Thierry Marcos, of \"Red Eyes Cool\", a group of international filmmakers experimenting with new models of cinematic design.
