弗兰克·文森特（1939 年 8 月 4 日 - 2017 年 9 月 13 日）是美国演员、音乐家、作家和企业家。他是导演马丁·斯科塞斯最喜欢的表演者，在斯科塞斯最受好评的三部电影中扮演了重要角色：《愤怒的公牛》（1980）、《好家伙》（1990）和《赌场》（1995）。他经常扮演黑帮老大，并在故事片和电视中工作。他还将自己的配音天赋借给了电子游戏。他在HBO电视剧《黑道家族》中扮演纽约老板菲尔·莱奥塔多。
