弗里玛·阿格曼（1979 年 3 月 20 日出生）是一位英国女演员，因在 BBC 科幻剧集《神秘博士》中扮演玛莎·琼斯和阿德奥拉·奥肖迪而闻名，并在其衍生剧集《火炬木》中重新扮演琼斯的角色，在 Netflix 科幻剧《Sense8》中饰演阿曼妮塔·卡普兰，以及在 NBC 医疗程序系列《新阿姆斯特丹》中饰演海伦·夏普博士。
