小亨利·奥斯瓦尔德·西蒙斯（Henry Oswald Simmons Jr.，1970 年 7 月 1 日出生）是一位美国演员，因在 ABC 超级英雄剧集《神盾局特工》（2014-2020 年）中饰演阿方索·麦肯齐和在 ABC 警察剧集《纽约警察局蓝》（2000-2005 年）中饰演鲍德温·琼斯而闻名。
