Inez Dahl Torhaug (born 3 April 2004 in Stockholm) is a Swedish actress.

She began her career during her childhood, starring in several short films and notably winning the Best Supporting Actress award at the Grand OFF international festival for her performance in Jag tror jag är lite kär i dig (2018). On television, she appeared in the second season of the crime drama series The Truth Will Out (Det som göms i snö, 2021). She achieved widespread recognition playing the lead role of Denise in the sci-fi adventure film UFO Sweden (2022), a performance that earned her the Breakthrough of the Year award at the MovieZine Awards.
