朱莉·安德鲁斯女爵士DBE（英语：Dame Julie Andrews，原名：茱莉亚·伊丽莎白·威尔士Julia Elizabeth Wells； 1935年10月1日－）是英国女演员、歌手和作家。她曾获奥斯卡金像奖、英国电影学院奖、艾美奖、金球奖、格莱美奖、美国演员工会奖、全美民选奖和世界戏剧奖。她在音乐剧《窈窕淑女》的演出令她的知名度急升，《欢乐满人间》和《音乐之声》两套电影演是她的代表作。

朱莉·安德鲁斯在2008年出版自传《Home: A Memoir of My Early Years（家：我早年的一部回忆录）》。
