He has 1.1 million followers on TikTok, where he is known as \"Omu-Ōji,\" or the \"Omelette Prince,\" and is known for his original recipes. In March, 2022, he released his 1st book through Kadokawa Publishing, “Kantan na noni homerareru! Tamago darake no iyashi reshipi” (loosely translated as “Easy but delicious egg recipes\"). He is a regular on NHK’s \"Chimudondon\". He is a licensed chef, nutrition instructor, and food planner.
