Krystyna Kulczycka – animator, director of animated films and series. Born in 1938. Since 1963, she has been professionally associated with the Se-Ma-For Small Film Forms Studio in Łódź. She has worked on such animated series as \"The Magic Pencil\" (1963-1977), \"The Adventures of Teddy Bear with an Ear\" (1975-1987), \"The Three Bears\" (1982-1986), and \"Chestnuts\" (1990-1997). She directed individual episodes of the series \"Moomin Stories\" (1977-1982) as well as the films \"Moomin Days\" (1983) and \"Winter in Moominvalley\" (1986), based on the books by Tove Jansson.
