马克·大卫·杜普拉斯（Mark David Duplass，1976年12月7日-），美国电影导演、电影制片人、演员和编剧。

杜普拉斯出生于路易斯安那州的新奥尔良。他是导演兼编剧杰伊·杜普拉斯（Jay Duplass）的兄弟。他也是摇滚乐队Volcano， I'm Still Excited的主唱!.
