Meghan Ang is a Senior Production Coordinator at Sony Pictures Imageworks.Ang holds a Master of Digital Media from the Centre for Digital Media in Vancouver, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Media Arts in Animation from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, earned in 2017.
Early in her career, Ang worked at DNEG as both a Production Assistant and Production Coordinator, supporting intersite coordination between Vancouver and Mumbai on the feature film Uncharted (2022). She began her professional journey in production through runner and assistant roles, complementing her studio experience with a background in customer service and team leadership developed during her tenure at COS. She has also contributed creatively as a fabrication assistant on stop-motion and prop development projects, applying her foundational understanding of animation pipelines in hands-on production environments.
Before Imageworks, Ang was a Production Coordinator at Distillery VFX, where she acted as Generalist Department Coordinator on a wide range of high-profile film and television projects. Her credits there include The Last of Us Season 1 (2023), The Mandalorian Season 3 (2023), Ahsoka Season 1 (2023), Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 1 (2023), Leave the World Behind (2023), Masters of the Air (2024), Time Bandits Season 1 (2024), Star Wars: Skeleton Crew (2024), and Kraven the Hunter (2024), among others.
At Sony Pictures Imageworks, Ang has held senior feature coordination responsibilities on major studio releases, including Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024), A Minecraft Movie (2025), and The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025).
