Mina Gerges is an Egyptian plus-size model, actor, and TV personality based between Toronto, New York City, and Los Angeles. Known for his fearless self-expression, colourful style, and bold makeup looks, he\'s built his vibrant career on the principle that being your authentic self is your superpower. An outspoken advocate for change and inclusivity, he is committed to creating meaningful representation and to building a new inclusive future where everyone belongs. Raised in Egypt, where homosexuality is outlawed, Mina is empowering the LGBTQ+ community and advocating for the acceptance of queer people everywhere. He\'s appeared in international publications including Teen Vogue, Time Magazine, PAPER, and Dazed Beauty, and has fronted campaigns for Calvin Klein, Sephora, and more. Currently, he’s a board member on The Hudson’s Bay Fashion Fund, an initiative advancing racial equality through mentoring and supporting BIPOC designers in Canada. You can also watch him as a cast member on Crave’s 1 Queen 5 Queers, a reboot of the iconic MTV show, 1 Girl 5 Gays.
