菲利斯·阿达·迪勒（Phyllis Ada Diller）（née Driver;1917 年 7 月 17 日 - 2012 年 8 月 20 日）是一位美国单口喜剧演员、女演员、作家、音乐家和视觉艺术家，以其古怪的舞台形象、自嘲的幽默、狂野的头发和衣服以及夸张的咯咯笑声而闻名。

迪勒是美国最早成为家喻户晓的女性漫画家之一，受到琼·里弗斯、罗珊·巴尔和艾伦·德杰尼勒斯等人的影响。她有大量的同性恋追随者，被认为是同性恋偶像。她也是最早公开支持整形手术的名人之一，为此她得到了整容手术行业的认可。
