理查德·亨利·辛普森·斯蒂尔戈爵士（生于1943年3月28日）是一位英国词曲作者、作词家和音乐家，以及广播员，以其幽默的歌曲和频繁的电视露面而闻名。他的作品包括与安德鲁·劳埃德·韦伯（Andrew Lloyd Webber）和彼得·斯凯勒恩（Peter Skellern）的合作。他也是一个热衷于解谜的人，曾主持过几个问答节目，并写了几本关于这个主题的书。
