瑞恩·约瑟夫·吉格斯，OBE（Ryan Joseph Giggs，1973年11月29日－），出生时曾随父亲姓威尔逊（Wilson），后随母亲姓吉格斯，出生于威尔士卡迪夫城而在英格兰长大，是一名威尔士职业足球运动员；职业生涯中一直效力英格兰超级联赛俱乐部曼联，是现时阵中效力年期最长的球员。他在2008年5月21日的欧洲冠军联赛决赛中上场，打破了鲍比·查尔顿爵士的俱乐部出场纪录。截至2009/10年赛季完结时，已为曼联上场838场。被称为当今最伟大的中场左路球员之一。
