Miss Sena began her career in the Japanese Adult film industry in the mid 1990s, under the name \"Shiho Fujiwara\", specialising in \"S & M\". For a few months in 1998, she worked under the nom de plume; \"Karan Misaki\", and later on as \"Miho Kanda\" and \"Miki Kagawa\". She then took a sabatical for a couple of years, only to re-emerge dramatically surgically enhanced as \"Sakura Sena\" with 1000cc breast implants.She suffered quite bad press in the Japanese media for choosing to do this; and for \"setting a bad example\" to young Japanese women, but nevertheless, she has marketed herself in a unique way and has achieved a lot of success.
With the Japanese market conquered, it now seems her intent to go global; as she has both one foot in the Japanese, and one foot in the American adult industries.
