萨姆-阿特·威廉姆斯（出生于塞缪尔·亚瑟·威廉姆斯;1946 年 1 月 20 日）是美国剧作家和编剧，舞台和电影/电视演员和电视制片人。他的大部分作品都与非裔美国人的经历有关。

他凭借戏剧《家》（1979 年）获得托尼奖和戏剧台奖提名，该剧于 1980 年从黑人剧团转移到百老汇制作。在 1980 年代中期，他因电视剧作品而获得两项艾美奖提名。密苏里州圣路易斯的黑人代表制作了他的戏剧《蒙特福德角海军陆战队》（2011 年）的首演。
