Serria Tawan Bishop was born on September 4, 1978 in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up on the south side of Chicago. Serria has a degree in finance from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Tawan eventually moved to Los Angeles, California and was the Playmate of the Month in the November, 2002 issue of \"Playboy.\" She has been featured in several \"Playboy\" videos. Moreover, Serria has appeared as herself on \"Family Feud\" and \"The Girls Next Door.\" Tawan has acted in such films as \"Dangerous Invitations,\" \"Hector,\" \"Blood Money,\" \"Candy Stripers,\" and \"Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.\" She has made guest appearances on episodes on the TV shows \"Love, Inc.,\" \"CSI: Miami,\" and \"Everyone Hates Chris.\" Serria has worked as a runway model for such clients as Guess, St. John, and Fredericks of Hollywood.
