夏拉·史戴尔兹（Shyla Stylez，1982年9月23日－），出生于：加拿大阿母斯特朗市，原名Amanda Friedland，是名加拿大成人女星。高中结束以后，Stylez搬到了温哥华，在那儿她为一些小型网站做裸体模特，Stylez逐渐成为了一名脱衣表演者，当时他刚刚18岁。在2000年8月，她来到洛杉矶开始为Anabolic Productions工作。在2002年6月，Stylez做了胸部以及其他的局部的整形手术以使她的外型更加靓丽。Stylez还一度是Jill Kelly Productions的专署女优。
